ASHRAE Society wants to create a video-compilation of chapter-submitted photos for all the Chapters and Regions within ASHRAE. This video will stream at the 2016 Winter Conference in Orlando and will also be posted to ASHRAE’s YouTube channel and Facebook page. ASHRAE is encouraging us to incorporate our Chapter Banner, the hashtag #myASHRAE, and unique things about St. Louis in the pictures.
We want to make sure that St. Louis ASHRAE is well represented in this effort, so we need your help! Annie Smith, Mike Mosbacher, and Jessica Mangler are organizing this process. The more the merrier! If you’d like to be involved, here’s what you need to know:
- The date is November 14th. Let Jessica Mangler (jmangler@rossbar.com) know if you can make it so we can send you more information on the meeting location and logistics of the event. Basically, we’ll all meet at a starting location and start taking pictures at St. Louis landmarks (Ballpark Village, the Arch, Stadium, Forest Park, etc.).
- Annie (asmith@rossbar.com) will be organizing the photographer and signs/props for the pictures (Chapter banner, #myASHRAE signs, etc.). But if you have any creative ideas, let her know!
- Mike(mmosbacher@8760engineering.com) will be organized the logistics of the event. We’ll have schedule of locations and attempt to carpool between locations.
