Jim Travis
Jim Travis has been with Laclede Gas for 25 years working primarily within the commercial and industrial marketing department promoting gas technologies to business and manufacturing customers as well as working with developers and contractors on commercial and industrial new construction projects. With the growth of utility energy efficiency programs, Jim was appointed to his current position in January of 2011 to administer implementation and management of Laclede’s portfolio of energy efficiency and conservation programs for the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. Jim is a native St. Louisan. He attended the University of Missouri – St. Louis and earned a bachelor Science Degree in Business Administration and Marketing
Patrick Justis
Pat Justis joined Ameren Missouri as a Sr. Program Manager in 2008 and has responsibility for design and implementation of the company’s business energy efficiency portfolio, the natural gas energy efficiency programs, and energy efficiency reporting requirement. Pat spent the 14 years prior with the Missouri Department of Natural Resources, most of which providing project management on a number of energy efficiency and renewable energy projects for the Division of Energy. His work for the Department has also included oversight on the dioxin remediation of Times Beach and implementation of E.P.A. Risk Management Programs within the state. He is a founding member of and spent several years on the Board of the U.S. Green Building Council – Missouri Gateway Chapter. Pat earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from University of Missouri – Columbia and an MS in Environmental Science and Policy from the School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University – Bloomington. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Missouri, is a Certified Energy Manager, and a Project Management Professional.
Mark Krebs
An multi-degreed engineer and energy manager, Mark Krebs has been involved with energy efficiency design and program implementation/evaluation for more than twenty-five years. He has served as an expert witness in dozens of energy-efficiency filings, and as an advisor to the DOE. Mark also holds CHP patents and has published numerous technical papers about CHP and related HVAC technologies
