TECHNICAL SESSION SUMMARIES:
The Test, Adjust, and Balance (TAB) technical sessions taught by John Hamilton (TABB) and Duane Smith (NEMI) will cover TAB fundamentals for air and hydronic systems.

The Cooling Plant Low Delta T Syndrome sessions will be taught by Julian deBullet (deBullet Consulting is a Carrier Environmental Consultant).  This presentation will discuss prevention, root cause, and tips on solving low delta T issues.

ABOUT THE SPEAKERS:
John Hamilton is the Chief Operating Officer of the Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing Bureau (TABB).  John has more than 25 years in the construction industry and is directly involved in the development of TABB training criteria that is used by our Local 36 Sheetmetal Workers.

Duane Smith is the Director of Training for the National Energy Management Institute (NEMI).  NEMI is a not-for-profit organization that was created in 1981 to identify and develop educational opportunities for SMACNA and other organizations.

Julian deBullet is the President of deBullet Consulting.  He is an ASHRAE distinguished lecturer and has more than 40 years of experience in the HVAC industry and presenting on behalf of Carrier.
