McClure Engineering, one of St. Louis’ most trusted and respected design & consulting engineering firm, is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer with 10+ years of HVAC design experience. Selected candidate will assist the team in the execution of projects by reviewing drawings, specifications, cost estimates, construction processes and contractor pay requests.  Additionally, they will assume day-to-day contact with the other professionals involved on the project (architects, engineers, designers, etc.) and will take the initiative for on-going training and professional development. Qualified candidates will have experience performing engineering functions and system selections which include project investigation; load calculations; equipment selection; system diagrams; sequence of operation and control diagrams; layouts and specifications; and must also have the proven ability to effectively manage projects and communicate with clients, architects and other staff members involved on assignments as needed.
