Due to continued growth, we have an immediate need for a Commissioning Technician/Engineer with at least 5 to 10 years experience. Qualified candidates will have experience with start-up, testing and commissioning of building systems and equipment such as HVAC, electrical, fire protection and temperature control systems through hands on field testing and troubleshooting. Must also have the ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written and should be familiar with word processing and spreadsheet software. Temperature control system and HVAC system design experience is highly desired but other applicable experience and talent will be considered.

B.S.M.E. from an accredited university is strongly preferred. Commissioning certification is desired.

Due to continued growth, we have an immediate need for a Senior Mechanical Engineer with 5 to 10 years experience. Qualified candidates will have experience performing engineering functions and system selections which include project investigation; load calculations; equipment selection; system diagrams; sequence of operation and control diagrams; layouts and specifications. Must also have the ability to effectively communicate with clients, architects and other staff members involved on assignments as needed.

B.S.E.E. or B.S.M.E. from an accredited university is preferred
LEED Accredited Professional and a P.E. license are strongly preferred
Institutional/Commercial design experience preferred
Design/Build engineering experience in contracting will be considered

Mechanical Engineer
Solutions AEC, a premier provider of design/build MEP services nationwide, is excited to announce our search for an intelligent and ambitious mechanical engineer to join our team.  Solutions AEC is a great place to work, with an extremely competitive benefits package.  Applicants must have 3-5 years of mechanical engineering experience, and be on track to obtain P.E. licensure.  Experience in design/build is preferred.  This individual would be performing building related mechanical engineering calculations, designs, and associated documentation.  AutoCAD experience required, and BIM experience preferred.

Kuhlmann design Group, Inc. (www.kdginc.com) is seeking candidates for the position of MEP Department Manager. Candidate must have 6 to 10 years of experience and Professional Registration is required. Experience in BIM a plus.
